Colombian ropa company, Punto Blanco, has extensive experience in the international market. The group of textile manufacturers decided to apply for a trademark registration of Punto Interior to separate the masculine and femenina versions of the brand. The SIC denied the application, but the group appealed to the Supreme Court, and a judge ruled in favor of the Argentine company.
