Ginger Monroe Interior design

The oversized dining room in Ginger Monroe Interior Design is a showpiece, brightened by a skylight and a bay window. The furnishings are a charming holdover from the ’60s, but the vibrant colors reflect her year living in Spain. Her turquoise china sits in an antique breakfront, painted vanilla, and her grandmother’s “secretary” desk anchors a corner. A vintage tiger-striped rug is perfect for this room.

John Valentine built the House in the 1960s and occupied it until the late 1980s. The second owners added a wood fence and an L-wing, which Ginger Monroe could have converted into a master suite. Instead, she opted to make the kitchen a fresh and modern space. She painted the dark cabinets and replaced them with shelves, enlarged a window, and installed new countertops. Then she and her husband Ed built a new pool table and built a hot tub in the backyard.

A home made by Walt Disney in the 1940s has a lot of similarities to Ginger Monroe’s Southern Pines house. She is a dentist, but the ’60s brick ranch is rooted in a 1960s brick ranch. Her husband, Ed, built it when she was a child. Their daughter, Emily, and son Jonathan Ryan Hawthorne are rooted in the South. It’s the kind of retro-modern design that will stand the test of time.

A client hired Ginger-the-designer to update their 1963 brick ranch. She started by redesigning the odd floor plan by turning a U-shaped kitchen into a spacious “family room.” The new kitchen included a large island with stools, a fireplace, and a built-in bookshelf. The house was also equipped with a spacious double garage. All of these features make this home a wonderful place for entertaining, especially during the summer.

Ginger-the-designer has transformed a brick ranch built in 1963. A large U-shaped kitchen extended into a pine-paneled “family room.” The space included a vaulted ceiling, sliding glass doors, built-in bookshelves, and a fireplace. A master bedroom boasted a whirlpool bathtub and a walk-in closet. Her acclaimed style is the result of her years of experience and a commitment to her clients.

Among the best-designed homes in the neighborhood include those recently built. These homes have great curb appeal and quality details. They have large rooms and open floor plans. The living room features hardwood flooring and French doors for charm. The dining room has designer lighting, a CSTM cabinetry, quart counters, and a built-in banquet. A kitchen that is well-designed will also have the most light and space.
